Mens Perm

Back in the 80's perms were literally 'Massive' and since then havent really been dared to be graced on the head of the average man, but we want to show how the Perm can be Cool once again
Todays Model is Angelo Musso who has very straight, dark, course hair

This needs minimal explanation to be honest, we used Loreal dulcia advanced tonique perm lotion for normal hair and of course rollers.

Firstly we shampoo the hair twice and rinse without conditioning, towel dry and sit the client back across leaving the hair wet.
We took the hair starting from front (fringe) to back in 1cm thick sections the width of the roller, put end paper round the end of the hair and wind the roller down, fasten to secure and repeat through the full head of hair
After winding the rollers in we generously apply the perm solution to each roller, cover the head with a cap and leave for 20 mins.
After leaving for 20 mins we sit the client back across on the backwash leaving the rollers in and rinse the hair with just water for two minutes.. Now after we have rinsed the head we apply the neutraliser to the head leaving in the rollers still for a further 5 mins then remove the rollers and neutralise again for an additional 2 minutes.
You can now see how curly the hair will be, rinse the hair thoroughly apply a small amount of conditioner and rinse out
Now we have finished the perming part its time to cut and style the hair.....
When looking at the before and after pics of Angelo its easy to be pleased with the results. This isnt our first male perm however this is the first time we have used Loreal perming kit. The other brands we have used prior to using the loreal kit haven't given as obvious a result on the same type of hair. This model shows the perm is tight and coils straight back after being pulled Straight, it hasnt fried the ends of the hair or caused any breakage.
We purchased the solution from Salon Services.
Overall we our very pleased with the results and the product as we can not fault it at all and i recommend it to anyone.
